For two week bookings we are offering a 10% discount on the second week.
N.B- In addition to the weekly rental housekeeping is charged at £70.00 per stay. For two week stays there is an additional £35.00 mini-clean charge payable at the time of the final payment. If you are booking from Europe, please request our latest prices in €'s.
*If heating is required, the rate will be based on metered usage, this will be deducted from the security deposit, more details on request. During certain months, there is a separate charge for central heating; this is based on a gas meter reading. Details on request.

If you are arriving late, our property manager can arrange a meal on your arrival, again please contact us about this service which is payable locally.
A non-returnable deposit of 20% is payable on booking, although if departure is within 8 weeks of booking, the full rate is payable.
Cheque/bankers draft or direct bank transfers only (details on request). A security deposit of £200 is required prior to your holiday to cover any major damage costs, if traveling from outside the UK the security deposit is payable on arrival at Trullo Fedelle (€300.00). This will be refunded after your holiday, taking into account any damage costs.
